Created by the legendary Pran Kumar Sharma, Billoo burst onto the Indian comic scene in 1973 and quickly won hearts with his infectious charm, playful pranks, and undying love for cricket. With his eyes always hidden under a mop of unruly hair and his loyal dog Moti by his side, Billoo is every Indian teenager’s reflection—curious, witty, mischievous, and full of life.
Set in Delhi’s familiar gullies and neighborhoods of the ’70s and ’80s, Billoo’s adventures are light-hearted slices of teenage life—be it dodging schoolwork, outsmarting the local bully, or impressing Jozi, his childhood friend (and crush).
